Who We Are

Principal Consultant at Automated Environmental

Chris Ford
Managing Director

Chris Ford is a Principal Consultant at Automated Environmental. Automated Environmental aims to assist Victorians in preventing impacts to our environment from pollution and waste.

Chris has over fourteen years of working experience as an Environmental Consultant across Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia in the contaminated land industry.

Chris’s experience includes contaminated land management and assessment of environmental risk across multiple industries including property, manufacturing and waste for both large and small scale projects. Chris has also acted as an assistant to multiple EPA Victoria appointed Auditor’s.

Prior to Chris’s current role, Chris worked at for the Victorian environmental regulator EPA Victoria.

Originally from New Zealand and Chris has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Management with honours from the University of Otago.

Chris's professional ambition is to assist businesses in our local communities to promote better environmental protection and a healthier environment for all. Chris aims to achieve this by helping businesses understand their impacts and obligations for protecting human health and the environment, as well as by democratizing access to environmental information and cost effective support services.
