Environmental Management Plans
A practical framework for identifying and controlling the environmental risks of your operation or construction project — aligned with the General Environmental Duty and council planning conditions. Councils and regulators ask for them under different names — EMPs, SEMPs, CEMPs, HEMPs — the discipline is the same.
Risk Management & Monitoring Programs
The compliance document EPA Victoria requires wherever a licence or permit carries a G05 condition — risk identification, consequence ranking, monitoring design and reporting, built to stand up to EPA review.
Landfill Gas Risk Assessments
Developing within a landfill buffer? We assess methane and carbon dioxide source, migration and accumulation risk to CIRIA C665 and EPA guidance — and give your planning permit a defensible technical basis.
