You tell us what triggered this: the council condition, the EPA notice, the licence review, the nervous purchaser. We tell you what's genuinely required — which is regularly less than people fear, and occasionally more. Either way you leave the call knowing.

If the honest answer is "you don't need us", that's the answer you get — it's also how referrers learn to trust us with the ones who do.
Stage 02 · within one business day of scoping
A fixed scope and a fixed price, in writing.
No open-ended hourly engagements. The quote states what we'll investigate, what the deliverable is, who it's written to satisfy (your council, EPA Victoria, an auditor), and what it costs. If the work changes mid-stream, the scope changes in writing first.
Stage 03 · scheduled around your operation
One well-planned site day beats three ad-hoc ones.
We arrive already knowing your site's history and regulatory context. On the day, observations are captured digitally and structured as we go — which is why nothing gets forgotten, nothing needs a second visit to re-check, and the assessment starts the moment we leave the gate.

Stage 04 · to the committed timeframe
A report written for the person who judges it.
Plain-English summary up front — what we found, what it means, what to do. Technical rigour behind it, formatted the way your council officer, EPA contact or auditor expects. Every deliverable is reviewed and signed off by an experienced, ex-regulator consultant before it reaches you.
Stage 05 · for as long as the obligation runs
Compliance doesn't end at delivery. Neither do we.
Where your obligations continue — routine inspections, monitoring rounds, records that must exist when someone asks — our digitised monitoring service keeps the whole layer current: scheduled digital inspections, a live dashboard, and records that are always audit-ready.
